- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, etc)
- Greet and welcome all guests in a friendly, hospitable manner at all times.
- Ensure that all guests have checked in and issue visitor badges.
- Professionally administer and transfer all incoming calls.
- Receive letters, packages etc and distribute them accordingly.
- Prepare outgoing mail
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Properly direct emails to appropriate departments regarding employees not reporting to work.
- Check voicemail daily
- Assist with coordinating meals for clients and/or visitors.
- Provide support and assistance to all members of Management team.
- Assist the Department with periodic and random parking inspections and prepares reports as necessary.
- Issues parking violation citations as required by inspections.
- Assists all walk-in applicants in providing the application of employment, ensure accuracy.
- May assist all applicants with the skills test, grading the test and informing the appropriate department that they have a candidate to interview.
- Prepare new hire packet for all new hires and issue the packet upon hire.
- Schedule meetings and interviews as requested by HR Manager and other Management.
- Makes photocopies, faxes documents, and performs other clerical functions.
- Prepare all Benefit Packets and New Hire Packets
- Perform a variety of clerical duties which include but not limited to filing, data entry, spreadsheets, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
